Watsons surveying team consists of a group of 12 professional with at least one third licensed surveyors. Watsons survey department are a professional team that has extensive experience and a diverse skill base. We specialise in serving the interests of our clients while upholding the highest standards of survey practice.

Watsons acts on behalf of land owners in obtaining the necessary planning approval for the residential/commercial development, which included rezoning of the land from Rural to a suitable zone, and successful application for planning permits for the specified layout and use. Urban designers and landscape architects then prepare for the individual landowners a unique vision of the future development where the integration of residential, commercial and recreational uses come to life. Upon approval, the actual subdivision process is undertaken by our Land Surveyors who, in conjunction with our Civil Engineers, satisfied the requirements of the Statutory Authorities to enable issue of the individual titles in preparation for sale to the new residents. The project managers and consultants supervise the operation of company projects, acting as consultant and monitors quality throughout the entire development process. External works are carefully commissioned to trusted companies whom Watsons believe can complement their expertise. Throughout the development process tight scheduling is sacrosanct, however opportunities for creativity and improvement are never sacrificed. We also provide digitising and scanning services for conversion of hardcopy to digital format.
