The Waterways - Waterways
The Waterways Estate has won five State and National awards and was recently recognised by the Urban Development Institute of Australia at the 2002 National Awards where it was judged first in the category "Residential Development and the Environment".

Cypress Hills Estate - Narre Warren South
The residential estate Cypress Hills Estate was voted Premier Estates by the Urban Development Institute of Australia in 1997 and 1998. In 2000 Berwick Springs Estate was also recognised with an Excellence Award for the incorporation of environmental enhancement agents into the urban design.

The residential estate Beaumont Waters located in Narre Warren, in 2003 was awarded by the Urban Development Institute of Australia was recognised with an Excellence Award for in Water Sensitive Urban Design.
Wyndham Cove
Wyndham Cove is Watsons latest marina project, and will be our largest project of this type to date on completion. Wyndham Cove Marina complex supports 200 residential sites on a spectacular site in Werribee South, Victoria. The marina harbour component will provide nearly 1100 berths and associated marina facilities together with a yacht club, restaurants and boutique retail stores.
Watsons has been involved in this project from its initiation and with its niche expertise in Marina development, Watsons will manage all aspects of the project in conjunction our sub contractors and Wyndham Cove Marina Development Group Pty Ltd.
Brooksby
Brooksby, in the secluded hamlet of Balnarring is one of the newest residential community on the Mornington Peninsula, the development encompasses the natural beauty and relaxed charm of living bayside peninsula.
This exclusive and private estate will feature 33 homesites, up to 750sqm and will be enhanced by beautiful street landscaping and the introduction of building design guidelines and protective covenants A myriad of premier schools and shopping facilities, attractions and activities abound this lively Peninsula district.
Watsons has been involved throughout the establishment process of this estate, this encompassing a difficult rezoning, stringent town planning, engineering and overseeing all aspects of marketing process, to end consumer purchase.

Cypress Hills - Narre Warren

Tree-lined streets make their way from shady parklands Cypress Hills has been design literally each and every home is nestled within and around the peaceful parks and gardens.
Watsons commenced work on the development of Cypress Hills in 1994, Cypress Hills was the first stage of the outstanding project undertaken by Watsons to develop the Narre Warren South Residential/Commercial Structure Plan covering an area of approximately 800 hectares capable of accommodating 9600 dwellings and 30,000 people.
Martha Cove
Situated on the Port Phillip Bay, Martha Cove is the Mornington Peninsula spectacular new marina. Supporting 450 berths, extensive waterways, luxury residences, restaurants, cafes and specialty boutiques - a development of astonishing standards.
Watsons first devised the plan to develop a Marina on this unique parcel of land in 1988. The project was not brought into realisation until 2003, when Marina Cove Pty Ltd comprising CP1 Ltd, in conjunction with Fish Developments choose Watsons' project tender and John Woodman with the team commenced work on probably the finest yet most complicated project the company has encountered to date.

The National
The National, is an internationally renowned Golf Club located on Cape Schanck, Mornington Peninsula. The Club has three premier courses all designed by leaders of this discipline. The National has just undertaken a further 5 million dollar development to their clubhouse.
In 2002, The National Golf Club commissioned Watsons to development the residential housing surrounding the golf courses. Watsons formed part of the project team, which also includes Golf Course Architects, Architects and Landscape Architects plus many other professional disciplines.

Moonah Links Golf Club
Moonah Links is a 196 hectare development set in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula's "cups" region. An area renowned throughout the world as one of the best tracts of land for links golf, perfectly suited and requiring minimal environmental impact.
The topography comprises undulating ancient dunes and is near perfect for links golf. The Moonah Links Golf Complex is the largest golf tourism development in recent Victorian history and consists of two world class courses - the Open Course and the Legends Course.
In 2002, Moonah Links commissioned Watsons to development the residential housing surrounding the golf courses. Watsons formed part of the project team, which also includes Golf Course Architects, Architects and Landscape Architects plus many other professional disciplines.
Waterways - Springvale Rd, (Waterways) Braeside
The Waterways is a unique urban development project, which incorporates a large area of constructed wetlands for the treatment of water in Mordialloc Creek. The Waterways development includes 700 residential lots and waterways with large inland lakes and wetlands providing value enhancements to a previously flat rural site.
Watsons completed this difficult rezoning on behalf of the Hains Family allowing residential development on land previously included in a green wedge zone. The development phase commenced in 2000 and as Project Managers, Watsons prepared the subdivision and construction plans for each stage of the Estate and provides hands-on day to day management of all facets of the project.

Berwick Springs
Berwick Springs was part of the outstanding project undertaken by Watsons to develop the Narre Warren South Residential/Commercial Structure Plan covering an area of approximately 800 hectares capable of accommodating 9600 dwellings and 30,000 people.
Berwick Springs, was a ground breaking design in residential development, incorporating acres of parks and natural, open areas including a magnificent 20 acre lake surrounding the 660 lot development. These features lead the project to unprecedented sales highs in the Narre Warren region.
Watsons started work on Berwick Springs in 1995, this substantial project required detailed consultancy to management associated with elite lake developments.

Beaumont Waters
Beaumont Waters situated in a stylish and naturally landscaped living environment. Ensconcing over 400 residential lots amid carefully planted streetscapes, natural havens and vast lakes. This design was not only a selling point additionally assisting the environment. The creation of these wetlands at Beaumont Waters, helped replace precious wetland habitat that many developments were pushing to relocate.
Beaumont Waters was the first project in which Watsons was accredited for the use of water productive in a developmental design. Beaumont Waters was structured around a magnificent Wetlands system, with just over 6 hectares of parkland plus 7 hectares of lake and wetlands at many properties edge.
