Watsons Pty Ltd, was first incorporated in the State of Victoria as J S Watson Pty Ltd by its founder Jack Watson in September 1946. Over the past 56 years Watsons has served the development industry throughout Victoria, subdividing land in the growth corridors, inner city and regional Victoria, with a strong emphasis on the Mornington Peninsula where the majority of subdivision plans approved in the past fifty years were prepared by Watsons.

Watsons Pty Ltd has developed a Quality Assurance System, which has achieved third party certification under the provisions of AS/NZS ISO 9001 'Quality Systems -Model for Quality Assurance in Design, Development, Production, Installation and Servicing'. The certification of our system was undertaken by Davis Langdon International Quality Pty Ltd (DLIQ) and a copy of Certificate of Conformance is available for your perusal.
